Its just a steam ticket error. What exactly is your problem? Just type in your username and password and you can join...It happens to everyone from time to time.

The exact same thing happened to me about a week ago. I emailed Steam but It just went away by the time they got back. They said this:
Thank you for contacting Steam Support. Please exit Steam and go to the folder called C:\Program Files\Steam\ (this is the default location for a Steam installation - if you set a different installation directory, you will need to browse to it). Delete all of the files in this folder except: The Steamapps folder and Steam.exe (this file is listed as an application and features the black and white Steam logo) Restart your computer. Then, you will need to launch Steam.exe from within the Steam installation folder, and not from a pre-existing shortcut. With Steam running, re-test the original issue. Note: This process will not affect your currently installed games. Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
I haven't tried it because it hasn't happened to me again...

This problem has nothing to do with Dedicated Servers. Make sure you aren't logged in from another computer.
Moved.

Please do not PM me for server related help

Well as some of you said the problem disappeared overnight and has lead me to a bigger problem.
Problem: Users can't connect to my server via the internet servers tab. I can connect via the LAN tab yet they can't connect, they get the following error.
Error something like: After 4 tries unable to connect to server.
all ports are forwarded.
Suggestions?
Thanks

If the server is currently running then you don't have your ports forwarded correctly or there's a firewall on the system blocking connection to the server.
