Easy way to get people to join!

Did anyone else notice that if you have all the default settings on your server AKA don't make a server.cfg it attracts a lot of players? well in TF2 at leased.
I just made another TF2 server and decided to start it for no reason and its like 2 people on straight away then I left it and now it has 15 after 10 minutes of running!

Actually, I would lean to guess it was because so few servers were updated

Both of mine have been full the past 48 hours, and there is connects even though there is no slots. It is really awesome
