mod loads when map does?

sorry im not even sure if this goes here but,

is there anyway to make a mod load when a map loads aswell -

for example if i were running a server when the map changes to jailbreak the correct mod loads, when it changes to gg a gun game mod loads or even when it changes to greatriver air accelerate change. All without manually typing so admin does not have to be there, never actually heard of anything like this but it sounds like it exists lol, any help would be great, thanks!

This can be done by plugins that can do map specific configurations.
You can then make a .cfg file for every map with the commands you need to execute on that certain map.
