[/code][code]I have so far posted 30 threads about helping in this forum and i am sorry but i cant help it.
I am running a server with mani admin plugin v1.2 and its for CSS
My friends can join it if i give them the IP
They can join it and its normal
But when nobody joins my server, i think its because its not visible. So i asked 3 friends, and i ask them to look for our server on the internet list. None of them found it. I make them double check. They cant find it. Can anybody tell me what the problem is?

When you launch the server, after it has loaded the configs, does console mention anything about master servers. eg:
Code:
Adding master server 72.165.61.189:27011
Adding master server 69.28.140.247:27011
Connection to Steam servers successful (SU).
I noticed you had a thread about a VAC problem which also suggest problems connecting to master servers.

Yeah, I read that too. But you shouldn't have to put -secure. If your server can connect to valve master servers then it is implicit.
Do you have direct access to your server? Like SSH or Remote Desktop, because thats where you should be looking for the master server lines when the server starts.
If they aren't displayed then that explains your problem. If your server isn't connecting to the master server, when how is the master server which powers to server browser supposed to know your server exists.
As for what greatmamut ment, sv_search is a variable which you can set on your server so you can search for it. Not sure how to use that, never tried.

Good question . Well the fact people can join rules out port forwarding issues. Do you have any form of firewall between the server and the internet. If yes, then this is the port list I dug up off the valve forums:
UDP 1200,27000-27015,27020 and TCP 27030-27039,27015
Makes sure all these ports are open.
And if nothing in the FAQ came up then, can I see the command you use for launching your server? a misconfig there might be the problem.

thanks, but i dont know how to port forward those. i only know how to port forward by the instructions they have on portforward.com
The fact is, i dont even know what port forward is. I only know how to port forward my server to 27015, thats it. And here is my launch parameter:
-secure -game cstrike -pingboost 1 -maxplayers 16 -autoupdate

Fair enough. Well then I'm guessing you don't have a firewall.
Maybe try:
-game cstrike -autoupdate +maxplayers 16 +map <a map> -ip <your computers ip> -secure
My HL1 engine knowledge is a bit rusty, but this should tell your game server it's IP incase there was some problem with that. Try both the computers IP, and your external IP (that can be found by going here: http://www.whatismyip.com/) And see if you can find your server then.

yes i do have a firewall and i turned it off. its windows firewall.
and when i type in -game cstrike -autoupdate +maxplayers 16 +map <a map> -ip <your computers ip> -secure
it said that:
Couldn't allocate dedicated server UDP port.
and then i click OK (which is the only option there is btw).
I can run with my old launch parameter though.
And this is a CSS server.
