Ioncube for Windows

I am trying to install Ioncube on my Windows Apache I have running. PHP and Zend and all that is installed, but I can't get it to run. I have followed all the guides word for word, but I just can't get it to work. Does anyone have any experience installing it on a Windows Apache Machine that can give me a few pointers?
