Help! Mani admin plugin and Hl2.exe not working

Wan't some help here. i have installed source metamod but when i write the mani admin plugin in metaplugins.ini and try to start server it says Hl2.exe is not working ? need help.
EDIT: not very active forum ?

That's why it doesn't work. Use the SRCDS tool instead.
