Help! Mani admin plugin and Hl2.exe not working

Wan't some help here. i have installed source metamod but when i write the mani admin plugin in metaplugins.ini and try to start server it says Hl2.exe is not working ? need help.

That's why it doesn't work. Use the SRCDS tool instead.

I have tried that too but then it says srcds.xxx (something) is not working
and then its shuts down.
when i dubble click on the srcds icon it starts but when i try to start it says that. but i can try that guide to

Do you use the newest version of Mani Admin Plugin?

And is your server(SRCDS) updated?
