1gig regular ram.

umm if i just keep one server. the BandWi. is fine? right
if so then wats the next most importatn upgrade? for just one server? ram? cpu?

you would need more ram to handle windows 08. And no, that cpu can handle 1000fps, only about 20 slots though if that.

Server 08 is vista which is well a ram hog, maybe get another 2gb ram

That's not fully true. 2008 is more like Windows 7 then Vista.
However I personally would stick with 2k3 for now...
