[noob] Adding to srcds Question?

Hey When my css server tries to load up I get this message in the consol log. I'm new to this and the forum so please excuse me if this is in the wrong section. any help would be apreciated.

Found gametypes for Counter-Strike: Source

Error: Material "sprites/tp_beam001" : proxy "AnimatedTexture" not found!

I dont know where to fined the ./scrds in my ftp server files to add -debug. any help?

It is a server I rented which I access threw my smart ftp program

Then you will not be able to add the debug feature. Its not done through ftp its done through command line or shell access. Same place you designate number of players and tickrate etc...
