yes, i thought maybe you had the -ip command in your command line, removing that fixed my problem.

Also make sure your firewall does not block the port if you having problem try disable your firewall and see if it works that way you know the firewall is the problem.

go to whatismyip.com or whatever...
get that and put :27015 at the end of it... then let them connect to it.

Eh, also what fibreoptic said... did you go into your own computer and remove those ports from the firewall?
