Hi, what does this mean and how would I fix it?
The server does not start up at all and continues to crash. Any help would be awesome!

give us the complete console log (e.g. upload it to nopaste.org)

Umm... Yea I'm kind of new to this server stuff. Where can I find the console log again?

they are saved to the log directory (maybe only if you add "+log on" to the command line)

Normally there is no help to fix this. I have the same errors and this over a long time. I read this error comes from eventscript or other scripts. Sometimes from zblock too....
I asked in the past in lots of forums about this with no help...
I think most of the eventscript scripts are written with new glibcs and other libs....thats the problem if you use an old system of debian 3.1 or 4.0 and you use newer scripts of eventscript, an error could occur.
Thats my opinion...

I have tracked down several similar errors (e.g. mani crashes the server at mapchange every then and now). But I never had the problem that the server did not even start... If I would get a little more detail I might give a hint which plugin etc. causes this, then you could replace it.
