EDIT: This was a bug and has been fixed!
This is an important change to how TF2 and DoD:S use steam IDs. TF2 and DoS:S now use the L4D style IDs: STEAM_1:X:XXXX.
If you are running any plugins that use Steam IDs, you will need to update your ID list. You might also need to re-start your steam client to play (yay!).

I'm now reading that some mods already skip the first number for just this reason.

So when I play on Orangebox, my SteamID will be STEAM_1:#:#### ? Instead of my normal STEAM_0:1:####

The numbers are all the same, but the number right after steam is a 1 and not a 0. So if your Steam ID is normally STEAM_0:1:654321, your orange box ID is STEAM_1:1:654321.
