I dont hear the Quake sounds

So, you've verified that the quake sounds are placed properly within the sound folder, you've ensured that quake sounds is enabled from the mani_quake_sounds.cfg file, and you're calling 'exec mani_quake_sounds.cfg' in your server.cfg...

Can anyone else in the server here the sounds? If they can, it might be a local problem, try using the command realchamp suggested. (cl_downloadfilter all)

I have tryied everything here on the forums, it still doesn't work for me. I think I can't get it to work.

Client problem then. Does it work for other peoples? If so, you're client configuration is badly configurated
