srcds sockets

Hello guys,
i have a problem, Could someone explain me why srcds wants to have 5ports open ? i know only 2 of them, one is from game 2nd is TV port.
30010 - game port
30012 - tv port.

How can i modify others ? Why he wants them ?

udp 30010 is your "real" game port, while tcp 30010 is for rcon. the others are for connections with the masterservers and vac, afaik.
