Couldn't allocate dedicated server udp port

try adding sv_lan 0 that should fix it.

I've the same problem, but the server don't start at all, this is what i have in the command line:
C:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +ip 89.152.86.54 -port 27020 +map de_dust2 -maxplayers 16 -tickrate 100 -autoupdate

I've set sv_lan 0 in server.cfg btw.

Whenever i try yo start it, it always send the message "Couldn't allocate dedicated server udp port" and closes the server console.

It works without the +ip and -port but i need to test the server with my friends before sending it to an online server.

The problem is that you are trying to allocate an IP address to the server that the computer does not have.
Remove the IP line (you can keep the port line) or change the IP line to your local IP address.
