Admin not working

Hey guys ive got mani mod admin installed on my server and i added my steam id to the manimod admin_list.txt but when i press 'p' my admin key it comes up with

manimod admin plugin: you are not an admin

It does that for all the people i add to the list, also the intro page isnt working it wont show up with my html. But i do know its working because the mani mod does post the adverts that i have set in the advert.txt file

Tried restarting your server? and made sure you have set the permissions for steam id's properly and not typed them in wrong?

do you have exec mani_server.cfg in you server.cfg and have at least waited for a map change?

Is this corrct ? becasue it works, and i deleted all that other stuff.
