Server won't show up in steam.

My server isn't showing up in Steam, what are the master servers that I should add to my cfg file, and what ports need to be forwarded so that my server is viewable? (I already have ports 27000-27100 forwarded)

First off, did you run the ./steam -update blabla... command already? Your server will definately now show up if it isn't update to the last version.

There's no need to add master servers to your config, I don't know how they're handled, probably buildin with some config somewhere.

What's the output on the shell when you run the server?

I downloaded the files using the hldsupdatetool, I assumed that it would be up to date when it was done. I'll try updating it.

The problems at start up are:

Attempted to create unknown entity type event_queue_saveload_proxy!

Error: Material "sprites/bubble": proxy "AnimatedTexture" not found!
WARNing: Cannot access bot phrase database 'botchatter.db'
couldnt exec server.cfg

Ah looks like your server.cfg isn't execing. The server's probably running but under some default name which is why you can't find it on steam.

Is your server.cfg file in C:\srcds\cstrike\cfg\ folder? If not, that's where it needs to be.

I noticed that, and put one in there. I was looking for the default name though, and it still wasn't there. >.>

Okay I can find my server now. My problem was that I was using the default hostname, and when I checked the server ip addresses none of them were mine. Now that I changed the name I can see it. Thanks. Smile
