Goto cstrike/cfg/mani-admin-plugin and create a new .txt file named adminlist.txt.

Now just insert your STEAMID, and then safe the file. And restart your server, then you'll be an admin Smile.

Just shut it down, and then the window will remind you that the file isn't safed, then just select "save".

Or press CTRL + S while the file is open.

It should work, I've done it a million times. You're properly doing something wrong.

Did you place it a the right location? Did you insert your own STEAMID? And did you save it with the STEAMID inserted?

There is Documentation at Mani-Admin-Plugin's website that has the complete file structure, and syntax and variables used. You might swing by there to take a look.
