Steam ID is incorrect

I have been running my Counter Strike Source server for about 2 weeks now and everything has been fine.

Today I did rcon status and it showed everyones Steam ID as STEAM_666:88:666

Anyone know why this is?

Wow that's cool . Probably a bug though... Tried restarting the server?

Yeah I restarted, and I even did a new install and it was doing it.

Its all non-steam. Your server is probably the target of many illegitimate users.
