Console Command window

I can not remember how I had this set up on my odl server so I am hoping that someone knows how to do this, I run a dedicated server on win 2003 server and when you launch scrds it opens a command prompt window, on my old server i found a post somewhere that explained how to make it so that the display always shows the FPS and players connected at the top without having to scroll up to see this, does anyone know about this? I cant find it anywhere. Thanks

What I did was set the DOS window properties under "layout", the screen buffer size and the window size are both 120 width and 50 height. This way I am able to always see the FPS at the top without scrolling up. The downside is that I can't scroll up to see earlier logs, it's basically wysiwyg.
