Mani admin(Quake sounds problem)

Hello.I have downloaded the quake sounds pack.I have placed it in srcds\cstrike.My settings are these

Mani_quake_sounds 1
mani_player_settings_quake 1
mani_quake_auto_download 1

I have placed this in mani_server.cfg

Code:

exec mani_quake_sounds.cfg

But no quake sounds in server.Any help?
