FreeBSD7 segmentation fault map change

Hey guys - Im having another issue in addition to my css server not making logs. On Map change the server goes does as a Segmentation Fault - Core Dump, with no further info. Any ideas?

I resolved my own issue. It seems it did not like Mani mod as a Source plugin. Using metamod resolved this issue. I still dont have a server that is creating logs though.
