Can't set up online gmod server

Hey, I'm new to making gmod server, and I tried doing one. After hours of struggle, I can only launch a "lan" server. My friends don't see it, but I can go on the map. It's really weird, because the ip adress is different than mine. I have sent a screenshot of the server console, and I hope you can help me.
