out of data and will not be listed under main server list?

Ok i get this message that says its out of data and will not be listed on the main server list.... and it says it needs to update but i just did update it?

Use this command (change the directory) to update your installation if your server keeps saying 'Out of date'.

when i do that it downloads a whole new source dedicated server (srcds) and i have to switch over all the mani mod and stuff like that? so how can i update the program that i already have?
