Which server CPU for Gmod?

which CPU would you think is better for a Gmod server? We use an i7700k overclocked with up to 5.0Ghz and are thinking about an upgrade to an AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, with 4.8 Ghz. Would you think the difference is big enough? The pricing difference at least is
