Server Doesnt like me!!

I can't get my CS:S server to start for some reason. I'm running FreeBSD 5.3.

206-225-86-33# ./srcds_run -console -game cstrike +map cs_office +maxplayers 16
Auto detecting CPU
Using SSE2 Optimised binary.
Auto-restarting the server on crash
Thu May 19 12:51:02 PDT 2005: Server Quit

I recieve the Server Quit message and that's it. I've tried running -debug but no error log is generated. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Sounds like files might be missing. Run this:

./steam -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir [your directory here] -verify_all

Anyway I have downloaded hldsupdatetool once again and then veryfied and got.. "HLDS installation up to date".
But still no go. Server just quits...

OK, got that!
Previously I got 2.2.20 kernel, upgraded to 2.6.7 but still no go.
The thing IS.... you need glibc2.3+
