Missing map maps/[MAP].bsp, Disconnecting.

Question 
I am hosting a server for Half-Life 2: Deathmatch, and everytime I join the game when it is hosting a map I don't have, it says "Missing map maps/[MAP].bsp, Disconnecting." I followed quite a few tutorials here, like setting up fastdl at http://apfire.000webhostapp.com/hl2mp/ I have set sv_allowupload, cl_allowupload, sv_allowdownload and cl_allowdownload to 1. I'm out of ideas and think I have come to the right place. You guys got any ideas?  Sad

Update 2 - I also have bzipped all my files, and here's my server cfg:

Update 2- set sv_downloadurl to http://apfire.000webhost.com/hl2mp/
It now seems to download slower, but the maps download fine. Is tis fastDLing?
