Mine launches but i get

I can't boot srcds.exe or left4dead.exe
Crashes or nothing.

i get all that too and some stuff about map bugs.
has anyone ever seen this hibernating thing before?

I am guessing that its new so that the server doesn't chew cpu with bots whilst empty.

My FPS is also down in the 30 range from a normal of 400 on TF2. So it looks like "standby" mode.

I see no servers for l4d running, all the game lobby's tell you is no dedicated found, would you like to host a lan?

Got one of my guys too try connecting directly and got...

Connecting to *.*.*.*:27399...

Server using lobbies yes, requiring pw no, lobby id 0
Connection to *.*.*.*:27399 failed, server requires lobby reservation but is unreserved.
