Need help for srcds.exe error re: memory

I'm running latest CCS on a W2003 box. I'm also using Beetlesmod.

Several times a day, I get the following error:

srcds.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x012833da" referenced memory at "0x00e192a0". The memory could not be "read". click on OK to terminate the program.

Which results in the dedicated server being shut down.

What could be causing this, and what do you recommend I do to prevent this?

usually caused by custom maps or custom maps with bots. I would try taking out Beetlesmod and play without custom maps to see if it happens.

Out of all the source server we run there is only ever a crash like you described when a custom maps and bots were loaded
