srcds is dropping all users!

Hello, i have made servers in the past, i have actually gotten wquite used to making them, however this is the first time i have had a problem like this! Every time a client joins they are fdropped with the following message (inserver)

<STEAM_ID_PENDING><>" disconnected (reason "Client dropped by server")

Any suggestions on what to do?

Firewall or Port issues?

Might be because of an addon issue,
Try removing all addons, If that works then add one addon back at a time till you figure which addon is creating that problem.

See i was thinking a port issue or firewall as well but the thing is i ran servers on my other compuiter before and all i did is transfered the port settings to this computer....

maybe it's because that you've added something in the mani_server.cfg

Like:

^ Look at that, i dont know if its right, but i think if its at 1 you have to set it to 0.
