Hi , i was wondering , how many Player slots could a

Xeon Quadcore 2.13 whit 3GB of Ram and 1000 Mbit Upl. Speed

be able to hold whitout any laggs ? :-)

I'm guessing its a X3550.
100Tick 500fps around 5-7 32slots fully loaded pub, no mods....

Extra ram will not help you much.
It might improve loading times, but no more slots.
