Server Runs on port 61265

Hey there
I started up what is about my thrid CS:S server, everything is running great, except!

The server is running on port 61265 !?!?!?!
I can specify when I run it using -port 27016
as well I've tryed "hostport" and "port" in the server.cfg, but the server keeps taking a 6000+ port.

I'm running on a D-link Router DI-604

I'm confused, can anyone shed some light?

Your router is dynamically assigning the port. With my OpenBSD firewall I can tell NAT to use static ports, but I have no idea if your router can do this or not.
