Online Server..

Well, now I finally got promision to open the router.

But I've a problem:
What is my "Static IP Address"?

And I've this router: http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Trendnet/TEW-432BRP/Steam_Server.htm

But, do I need to open more ports?
(Game is: Counter-Strike: Source, server port; 27015. Tv port; 27016).

Tell me if you need more information Smile

Give the server a static IP.
In windows, open Network Connections.
Double click your LAN connection.
Hit Properties.
Scroll down to Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and hit Properties.
Manually give your computer a higher IP (I use .42).

If you do a ipconfig /all , Use most of the information on there to set your the other information (subnet, gateway, DNS).

Okay, thanks Mooga Smile. But how about the other questions?

Well I've found this one: http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Trendnet/TEW-432BRP/TEW-432BRPindex.htm

But there's only Counter-Strike(1,6).

So, I was wondering if its the same as Counter-Strike: Source, when I do forwarding?

Or do I need other ports?

This MIGHT work... but check around the forums... the ports are listed somewhere...

Okay, thanks Mooga Smile.

Okay, I got this error:
Code:
No space to add this entry.

Back

And I only forwarded from 27020 - 27026 TPC. Before it came with that error Sad.

I'm guessing there is a limit. You can't add a port range?
