how to know maximum map swapnpoint?

probably not the best way but you could always make a 64 player server, put in 64 bots, then see how many players each team will hold.

Or you could count the number of spawn entities using
"EntEd"
.
Just count the info_player_start and info_player_deathmatch instances and add them up to eachother. This is the amount of spawns the map has.
