not necessarily true, since srcds isnt multi-cored, the best performance is to set each server to a core, since windows will bounce the servers off each core, its actually better performance wise to set it to a core

Hhhm, well I can't see what else could be giving me unstable fps.
Do you assign your servers to certain cores and get stable fps?

I unassigned one of the servers to use one core, the FPS was slightly better however still was dropping to 200 ish every now and again.
BUT, do I need to change all the servers to unassiged to work? (Guessing yes)
EDIT: Noticed something random, the FPS drops still occur if I set the FPS to 300, however it drops much lower. So at 500fps it drops to 200 ish, at 300fps it drops to 50 ish every now and again

Yes, I have +fps_max 600 in the commandline on my 500fps servers.
I will post back tomorrow with the results of all servers set to unassigned.

Actually, the FPS doesn't drop as low...it seems to be dropping to 300ish now when it does.
