You have two different computers with different IP addresses running a SRCDS. Ya, would wouldn't you be able to do that?

So you want two ip's pointing to the same server? Then just setup a redirect.

Yeah I want to have one server running on two computers with different external IPs. Does that clear it up? lol

You can't run a single server over multiple computers. If you want one server, put it on one computer. If you want multiple servers, you can put it on multiple computers (or a single computer if you have the specs).
