Some players can join and some can't

I am getting some feed back from people saying that when they join the server it says "parsing server" then it freezes up on them. any thought on this anyone

just tell them to rejoin and put in consle

connect "your ip addres"

that's what he did, says "parsing info" and just stops. do i maybe have to open up some more ports
