.res file not working?

Hi, I have an sv_downloadurl which downloads the maps successfully at high speed.

But for some reason, it will not download the contents of the .res files. I've tried everything and they're the right name and pointing to the right direction.

Is there something I'm missing?

are you compressing it just like the maps?
