Problems when trying to download CS:S with Steam Update Tool

I am having issues when i am trying to use the steam update tool.

Here's my command line:

I get this error every time i try to do the update. This is a fresh update. I have deleted the directory, even tried it in a different one.

Any help would be much appriciated.

have you tried it without -verifyall or installing into just . instead of ./cssource

Hrmm, i've tried it without the verify_all, but i'm about to try it without the -dir switch. WIll let you know when its done.

Crazy enough its hitting the same percentage. this would be my luck heh.

Would anyone have a base download that they could tar up and upload for me? Big Grin I can give you a place to upload it to.

Try downloading a large file, see if it gets stuck as well ... For example try downloading a linux binary. Maybe your connection is resetting.
