hi
i have source tv
when i type in console
rcon tv_status
the server has only 250 fps
how can i make that i have 500 fps
maybe on the launch options?

Open up Windows Media Player in the background. Its some sort of glitch were WMP has a ping and fps booster built in

It's not a glitch. It's enables higher refreshing rates.
