I usually use lshw, install it from your repository, and run it... or you can do each command separately like

The duron doesn't have SSE. It needs that i think to run SRCDS.

I would assume Your server is not that powerful or It doesn't fulfill minimum requirements.
Perhaps its a messedup up and faulty directory, remove the cstrike folder and update your system again.
