how to auto restart my server on a time like 18:00

Look at something like Firedaemon, Brainless panel or serverchecker.

As long as the server shuts down without error, you can probably set a time for a command to be sent using most admin mods.
Put your server in a bat script and then just make "quit" get sent at X:00

I know that BM can make commands be sent at X time.

Problem with using server plugins to restart your server, you need some form of player on the server for it to work at the given time.
