serverside skinbug. need help

hi. i have just installed srcds on a ubuntu hardy system. usually i ran the server on windows platform, but had a problem every week that it crashed. in the beginning of the server uptime period, everything went fine and the cfg files are the exact same as on the server i hade on the windows xp case. but after a month, some players suddenly turned invisible and didn't turn visible again until they were shot by an enemy.
i got an advice to rune the download command in terminal vith -verify_all in the end, but when i start the server again, it starts to update and installs another version. i tried to run without the -autoupdate parameter, but still the same problem.

anyone have an idea whats wrong? i have mani admin plugin v. 1.2betaS installed on it.

autoupdate doesn't install another version, it just updates your server to latest. Update your server ./steam -game tf update .... and see if it works. If it still crashes, it might be hardware ... your system can't handle it.

Gah I have the same problem, my server's hardware is plenty fast and runs other mods fine but not CSS, is there a solution?

Dont use mani... get sourcemod.
