Force team spectate in Team Fortress 2

I've been looking everywhere but I haven't been able to find this. My server currently allows spectating of both teams when you die. What do you change so that players can only see their own team when they die. Don't seem to be able to find a cvar anywhere. Thanks.

Homm it was my understanding that that force first person but I'll try it out.
