I've been trying to download the files for my dedicated TF2 server, I've ran HLDSTOOLUPDATE. Now when I open cmd and type
c:\HLServer\hldsupdatetool -command update -game tf -dir c:\HLServer
This is what displays
Checking bootstrapper version...
Failed to connect to any GeneralDirectoryServer, WinSock Error 10060 "Connection times out"
I'm running windows xp, and have a linksys router. I have setup port range forwarding, and also have all firewalls off.
Any ideas? Thanks!

Copying over is fine.
The issue is that if the DL tool can't connect to the Steam servers, running a server will be problimatic since it can't heartbeat to the Steam Servers :-\

Well then again, it could be Valve being dumbasses. The content servers can go down for a bit. Sometimes it takes me a bit to get the files.
