No.

The server (srcds) is rented and is hosted on linux. I'm pretty sure you dont have access a shell prompt in which case you could use linux to bzip the maps, and ftp them accross.

I'm pretty sure you run windows on your personal computer, which you are using to set everything up. Download the windows/win32 version of bzip, and use it to archive the maps, which you then upload to your fast url host.

I have a problem,

If I bzip the map (ze_jurassicpark.bsp.bz2) and put it on the download server it says when I join the server:

Missing map <name of map>, disconnecting

How can I fix it?

No.

See his download URL: http://www.onlinewebworld.nl/cstrike/maps/

There isn't any bz2's there.

You can fix it by doing what you said you had done already.

Your map must be available at http://www.onlinewebworld.nl/cstrike/maps/ze_jurassicpark.bsp.bz2
