What is this its in my consol, because i think it is the reason why people can't join my server.(people & Me)

It's a marker in the source code so that the developer will
remember to write a piece of code in that location.

You can ignore that message, the dedicated server doesn't need that
functionality.

I am getting this same error on one of my new servers, I cannot do anything on it while it does this. Console stops working any clue how to fix this?

I don't think this message has anything to do with your problem.

I've seen console lockups with eventscripts. Press ctrl-c once or twice and it should open. Also killing and starting the server again bypasses the problems usually. After ctrl-c there's usually some complaint about python (.py) scripts running, so my guess the lockup is caused by some internal es python script.

Not running any mods on this server was a fresh install, when I pressed ctrl-c I get "server Quit"
and takes me back to command line.

When i lay in those filers and start the server it just updates itself to the version that doesn't work.

Did you remove -autoupdate from your start-up parameters?

now i didn't but does steam release a new update soon that works on Linux??

I am getting the same problem since 11 pm last night, server went down and won't start properly, won't connect to steam, all plugins disabled, same issue.

I have the same problem. We will just have to wait for the new update.

If you don't remove the -autoupdate parameter from your command line then steam will mess up the files again.

You have to remove -autoupdate

And overwrite the file again.

This is for Linux server:

I did this fix for over a dozen css servers on 2 different boxes and none of the servers other files or mods or anything were touched. They all work fine now.

Until steam fixes the update leave autoupdate off.

Got to love valve breaking the linux install again.... I reverted to old files (had this issue before) hope they fix it soon.
