also for some reason my server is not showing up on the internet only on LAN. It is dedicated.

Where are you running the server? Did you properly installed meta mod plugin? I'm assuming you use metamod source....here's a link on how to install if you did it wrong... http://wiki.alliedmods.net/Installing_Metamod:Source

Also in your server.cfg...check if you have sv_lan set to 0.
