Only registers internal IP behind router. TF2

// is this an internet or LAN server. 0 is internet 1 is LAN
sv_region 0
// server location. -1 is the world, 0 is USA east coast, 1 is USA west coast, 2 south america, 3 europe, 4 asia, 5 australia, 6 middle east, 7 africa

That is the part relevant (from the CFG) to this topic. The sv_lan says it should be an internet server. My router has the highest firmware and it is a WRTG54. I have tried http://www.portforward.com and used both port forwarding and DMZ mode. All give me the internal IP address instead of the external.
I have looked at the FAQ's and found nothing myself. No firewalls are running, not even windows firewall. I boot windows XP3. I even turned off my antivirus.

Any suggestions please?

What do you mean only registers internal IP? The server will ALWAYS show a local IP when booting up, if that's what you are talking about. However, it can still mean it is on the internet.

It only tells me my address behind the router. and TF2 cannot find it under custom, internet, or LAN tabs.
Shouldnt it show my IP on http://whatismyip.com/ rather than my router assigned one?

No, SRCDS can only bind to an IP address is literally has. Your server seems to have 192.168.1.101. Your ROUTER has your public IP and then forwards the ports to that local IP (if set correctly).

Please do not PM me for server related help

I can add my server through favorites and adding in my IP behind the router. The 192 address. Although it says the server is not responding with a 0.0.0.0.0 IP.

Nevermind, I finally got it working. I had to bind it to my local IP apparently.
