Die as a ragdoll

I host to gmod servers now and im trying to get people to become ragdolls when they die. But they just become nocollided ragdolls. The reason i want people to become ragdolls when they die is because you will actually see the true place he fell and you will be able to t-bag better
 Does anyone know how to change these?

I'm guessing that's built into the game and can't be changed. IDk much about gmod though.
